  • Flexible Membership

    We work with you to find the right size space and membership to fit your budget and business goals. We have drop-in and dedicated space available between $75 and $300. Membership terms are also flexible based on the needs and cash flow of your business. No deposit or last month’s rent, just first month’s rent due with contract to get started. You may also share a membership with another business.

  • Great Location

    The Mills in downtown Dover are filling up with incredible local and independent businesses. They are an integral part of the downtown economy and are driving more business and community events to our almost 400 year old settlement. We’re located in the One Washington Street Mill on the Fourth Floor. We’re a three minute walk from the COAST bus stop and a ten minute walk from AMTRAK.

  • Convenient Amenities

    You don’t need to afford an office that has your own conference room, community area, kitchen, shower (soon to come), coffee, and more when you can share it. This efficient model is sustainable and progressive. Internet, heat/cool, electric, and water utilities included. No need to fuss over utility bills. We’re also working on lockers, a bike rack, and more.

  • Make It Your Own

    Not only personalize your space but work with us to improve our collaborative space including the community areas, conference room, and kitchen. We want a space that reflects the values of the people working there. We have tasty plants, local art on the walls, and hip reclaimed furniture. Your workspace should match your lifestyle.

  • Collaborate with Like-minded Folks

    Be part of a work environment that is dynamic, innovative, and collaborative. Have lunch with space sharers and brainstorm ideas for your business. We make it easy to stay in the ‘white space’ and leading your industry. As a member you’re also invited to our weekly Leadership Roundtable to discuss business ideas and challenges with everyone you work with. Being part of a community also drives creativity, innovation, collaboration, and co-promotion.

  • Workshops and Small Events

    When you become a part of this space you have access to great workshop and presentation areas as well as a dynamic space for networking and other small events. We’re here to build Community Supported Businesses.
